Any reason for the geo preference?
@peterronoh94 I have sent you a message.
Thanks for your question.
The geo preference is primarily based on time zone alignment and project collaboration efficiency. Many of our current clients and internal team members are working within similar time zones, so having developers in those regions helps ensure smoother communication, faster iteration, and easier handover across tasks.
That said, we’re absolutely open to talent from other locations as well. The main priority is skill, reliability, and ability to deliver — so if you’re interested and feel it’s a good fit, we’d be glad to review your portfolio.

All this staff makes me confused, I’m the only one?
You asked for a Free test job.
Based on your 6-page Test Scope, it’s not a 2-4-hour job.
The quality of the Figma file is not appropriate for easy and quick conversion into Bubble, looks like it’s made by someone who is not familiar with Figma+Bubble.
Even so, asking to have a Group 240px fixed, and having it in Figma at 280, is not vry profesional

Let me clear this up directly.
I’m Peter Ronoh, representing Deploy, a verified Bubble development agency. We collaborate with partnes globally — including those in Israel — on project-based builds ranging from $2K–$5K.
The test task you referenced is not a free job, but a short technical assessment used to evaluate candidates before onboarding them to paid projects. This process is standard in professional recruitment — especially when quality and reliability are key.
Regarding the Figma file, it was intentionally provided as-is to test practical handling of real-world design inconsistencies — something every developer faces when working with clients. Experienced Bubble developers typically know how to manage and adapt such files without issue.
I appreciate constructive feedback, but questioning legitimacy without verifying facts isn’t the right approach.
I mean, it’s standard, but ought to be paid if more than 30 minutes / an initial interview.
Come apply for Join as a developer | Not Quite Unicorns, you’ll be paid $150 for the 90 minute technical interview.

@georgecollier I been curious about your revenue model for a while.
I even looked into your previous posts and if I remember correctly there is some form of shared ownership but I don’t remember much beyond that.
I haven’t actually taken your technical assessment. Mainly because I don’t think I am among the absolute best devs in the community but I am certainly senior. I love that you focus on technical assessments as opposed to portfolio because portfolio’s are easily and mostly falsified to some degree. I think the same goes for landing pages, I’ve seen agencies write they have built more than 120 apps over 4 years but they’ve built less than 5 and haven’t existed more than 6 months.
Extended thoughts:
I think one of the best ways to filter gifted devs from the rest is (yes) some evidence of experience. Then a technical assessment focused on a problem you’ve likely never solved before and evaluating the effectiveness of the solution applied.
