I want to be direct but respectful. I remember a previous thread where someone questioned the legitimacy of your job post and your agency, that raised a flag for me, but i still went ahead to apply.

I completed the unpaid test you requested (it took me more than a day), and after you emailed saying you wanted to move forward you sent a calendar link for an interview. I booked five meetings in good faith and every single one was cancelled. I reached out multiple times and got no response. Today I see the same job posted again on the forum and I’m still waiting for a reply.

This feels unfair to people who invest their time and effort applying, doing unpaid tests, preparing for interviews, and rearranging schedules. If there’s a reasonable explanation, I’d appreciate a clarification here so others don’t assume the worst. If not, please be mindful because repeatedly cancelling without communication harms candidates and the community.

To other job seekers, proceed with caution, and consider asking for clearer timelines or a brief confirmation call before investing large amounts of unpaid time.

Thanks

I have also applied on the job out of curiosity and got the response from him and it seems like the person is using someone else name. I got the assignment and it was very specific and kinda seems like a part of the real project.

Instructions was to build in different language which was a red flag to me cause if you are giving someone an assesment it shouldn’t be in specific language. I declined it right away, couldn’t find the time to post it online but mentioning it now. Avoid this at all cost.

Hi,
I’m interested in working with you on a project-by-project basis as a Senior Bubble Developer.

I have solid experience building full production Bubble applications, handling workflows, API integrations, database architecture, and responsive UI with the new container engine. I’m comfortable working independently, following structured scopes, and delivering clean, scalable builds. Communication and attention to detail are things I take seriously.

I can share my portfolio and relevant work samples if needed.
Let me know the next steps.

I also interacted with this person and I strongly believe this is a scam, part of some sort of client farming scam.

He seems to be impersonating someone else.
He provides no company email, only gmail address.
The “test assignment” feels like a real project and far too long to be considered reasonable for a free test. Also, dozens of people are working on the same Figma file, at the same time.
No screening, interview or intro - just the assignment
He’s requesting access to the Bubble editor

He claims he is representing Deploy agency, a “verified Bubble development agency”, but when asked to verify his identity: company website, LinkedIn, professional email or any details about Deploy Agency and his role there → he completely disappears.

@fede.bubble kindly asking to take a look. This kind of behaviour undermines the safety and professionalism of this platform.

Why don’t you drop the aforementioned links here (Linkedin and website) so we can verify your legitimacy.

So just going to drop the technical assessment I ‘completed’ here (linked to previous job opening post).

If you are currently applying for this new post and your technical assessment does not look like this the likelihood of this being a scam is significantly higher.

(Will delete later).

Since I was mentioned earlier, before the comment was deleted.
Repeating we’re legitimate" over and over doesn’t make it true. A real recruiter would have no issue providing basic information.
I’m attaching my email, where I was asking for basic verification but no response was given, he just disappeared.

@betteredbritain The technical assignment looked exactly like that but that doesn’t validate the process, especially when dozens of people were working on the same file, at the same time. Maybe I’m wrong here but for me this is not normal.

Something fishy going on and I’d steer clear if you’re looking for work

Hi everyone,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We take our reputation and the safety of the Bubble community very seriously, so I want to clarify a few points.

Deploy Agency is a legitimate development agency, and any outreach or interview process conducted under our name follows a structured and transparent workflow. We always provide official verification when requested — including our website, professional email, and company information. At no point do we ask candidates for unreasonable unpaid work or unauthorized access to their Bubble editor.

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication somewhere along the way, and we absolutely understand the concern given how important trust is in this community. We encourage anyone who ever engages with us to request verification at any time — we will gladly provide it.

We appreciate the community remaining vigilant and supportive of safe, professional interactions across the platform. If @fede.bubble or anyone else requires additional clarification, we’re happy to cooperate.

Hi there,

I came across your post and I’d love to throw my hat in the ring. I’m a Bubble developer with hands-on experience building production-ready apps, handling real-world workflows, and working fast without sacrificing quality.

I’ve worked on apps involving structured databases, privacy rules, API integrations, automation, role-based logic, and clean responsive UI. I also use custom JS when needed, but always make sure the core logic stays maintainable and scalable.

Looking forward to connecting.

@iamcharlesac how many accounts do you have?

Also FYI since you obviously new here, you don’t want to lie about your experience for a tech job (you setting yourself up for failure).

Rather, be honest about your experience level and find someone who is willing to teach you and pay you at the same time.

Slow down there bro, who told you i am lying, just because i just created my bubble forum acc last week or so doesn’t mean i don’t have experience in Bubble

Oh well

70 production apps delivered in 4 years?

definitely fishy
