Hi Bubble :waving_hand:

We’re hiring an experienced Bubble developer to join our team building LACROO — a large, complex B2B product used in heavy/civil industry project management (enterprise workflows, structured data, and lots of moving parts).

This is not a simple MVP. We need someone comfortable working inside an established Bubble codebase with many interconnected workflows, data models, integrations, and production requirements.

About the Product

LACROO is a mature Bubble app with:

  • Multiple user roles + permissions

  • Complex workflows and long chains of logic

  • External API integrations

  • Cloud Functions / server-side logic (for advanced processing)

  • Heavy use of CSV import/export, data transformations, and reporting

  • Ongoing performance and reliability needs as usage grows

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with us (founders / product + Bubble dev) on:

  • Building and improving workflows (including edge cases + error handling)

  • Integrating APIs and maintaining existing integrations

  • Supporting Cloud Functions / backend processing where required

  • CSV import/export logic, data cleanup, validation, and automation

  • UI improvements + responsive pages (as needed)

  • Performance optimization (database queries, constraints, workflow efficiency)

  • Debugging production issues and improving stability

Must-Have Experience

Please apply only if you have:

  • 2-3+ years with Bubble (or equivalent depth: several production apps shipped)

  • Strong understanding of data structure, privacy rules, and constraints

  • Experience with API Connector + authentication flows

  • Experience working on large apps (not just small MVPs)

  • Ability to debug complex workflow chains and prevent regressions

  • Good communication + ability to give realistic estimates

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Cloud Functions / Node.js / server-side scripting

  • Experience with performance tuning on Bubble

  • Familiarity with enterprise-style apps (roles, audit logs, permissions, etc.)

  • Pro with Claude and agentic coding

Working Style

  • Async-friendly, but we’ll have a short weekly sync

  • We use clear tickets, checklists, and defined acceptance criteria

  • You’ll get access to a staging environment and structured handover

Time & Budget

  • Starting: part-time (10–20 hrs/week)

  • Potential to grow into full-time depending on fit and bandwidth

  • Budget: based on experience — please share your hourly rate or monthly retainer expectation

I communicate clearly,provide realistic estimates,and take ownership of tasks from investigation through completion. I’m also happy to work alongside other Bubble developers and product stakeholders in a structured handover and staging environment.

Availability and Rate

  • Timezone: GMT+3 (Nairobi,Kenya)

  • Availability: 20–30 hours per week,with flexibility to grow long-term

  • Rate: $20/hour,open to a monthly retainer
