From my understanding Bubble apps are hosted on AWS (which is great). But I’m wondering, in which region(s) are the apps hosted? I ask because I live in the USA and most of the users of my app would be located in the USA. So, ideally, my app should be hosted somewhere in a US region.

The main Bubble cluster is hosted in the U.S., so you win! If I recall correctly, the west region. Dedicated instances can be setup in other regions, but all the shared plans are in the U.S.
