How can I document and auto report all actions taken on an end-user's data?

Need to set up a data type in the database for starters. Then need to create the workflows in all the locations that a user may be accessing the data.

What is the reason for this? Have you checked out the logs portion of the editor and other built in functionality by bubble that tracks actions taken on data?
