How do I exclude repeated terms from a search?

I have a search that shows the most clicked names and there are a few "John Smiths that result, but I only want John Smith to show up in one cell. Can I limit each cell to show only unique terms, and not have these terms show up repeatedly?

Try adding :unique elements at the end of your search expression.
