How do you organize your Workflow?

Hey guys, a post to share our practice for Workflow organization : folders, colors, naming, icons… How do you do ?

there are some great tips in the new swap file https://ko-fi.com/s/d6d95135e6 from @jj11 but it will be nice to know how you guys manage it

I always use folders to organize my workflows. 1 folder for each “feature” (assuming this term may have a different meaning depending on the context).
In the other hand, my use of colors is quite inconsistant😅but often reflects the state of the workflow : green or grey are ready, red are not working, orange ones need to be revamped or completed). However, custom events are mostly colored in blue, DB triggers are purple and “when condition is true” workflows are often cyan.

l usually rename the steps, to make the logic of the worflow easier to understand at first sight (something like “create a new basket” … “or make change to existing one” … “then schedule BWF”…) and/or I add icons to the name of the steps to include further easy-to-notice information (as suggested by a friend named … @Sarah_Esteve :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:), such as :x: for temporarily disabled steps, or :arrow_heading_up:when the described action occurs in a custom event.
