How exactly recurring workflows work?

Hi,

I have set up recurring workflows as daily/weekly reports. For the first time, everything went right, but after the report set itself to run for the next day, sometimes it will miss a user.

For example, there are some recurring workflows, but 4 of them are missing a user - so they don’t work.

Main idea is:

  1. Trigger if somebody turns on reports
  2. Set recurring event
  3. Send mail every day or week

This is my simple workflow:

I really can’t figure out why some of them are working and some of them are not.
