How to access Voice type button

Is there any plugin or any native function that would allow me to get access to the Voice Type button on the user’s keyboard? The idea:

  1. There is an input field on the screen
  2. The user can type the text inside the field
  3. Or press the button on the screen that will activate the Voice type button on the keyboard. I think sometimes people just forget that they have this button to simplify the text input process
