How to add vertical scrollbar to canvas tags

Hi
I am using Canvas tags elements to display a list of elements and allow user to select multiple items. As the list is large the tags element is expanding to show all element which is causing the page scrolling. How to restrict the Canvas tags to a specific height and attach a vertical scrollbar to it

Is it possible to achieve this using CSS and Classify plugin. If so please suggest how this could be done.
