How to add VISA/Mastercard payments?

What are my options for adding VISA/Mastercard payments on my site without using Stripe/Braintree?

Sorry, what i mean is, I looked at the plugins and there are no plugins for VISA/Mastercard. Do they process transactions directly?

Why not use Stripe or Braintree? I’ve heard of Paddle? But stripe works well with Bubble

Stripe/Braintree don’t allow the transactions I need (gambling)

I checked out Paddle and they charge 5% per transaction which is just ludicrous
