How to animate numbers in text box

Hi there,

Looking to see if someone has implemented this in their web app and/or knows how to do this:

On some websites, they have a row of text that shows for example:

+70 Industries +1500 customers +100 customizations

When the user scrolls to this text and it becomes viewable, the numbers start from 0 and quickly animate to those numbers.

Does anyone know how to go about implementing something like this?
