How to change the tab title to my app name

You can change it from General tab, and also when you give a page name, it will inherent that name.

But in general it will take you app name, you change theses from settings and general.

but the page name is “index” which cannot be changed, I think.

No not that,

When you open that page, from the left tree menu which list all of your groups in each page, select the top one it open its property from there you can change the page name.
