How to create a weekly planner without a date?

I need to create a weekly planner, for example to organize college classes, where I have different dates with different times and that take place on different days, and I want to put them in a weekly calendar to distribute the activities for each day.

My difficulty is with the database fields, I don’t consider it correct to use the “date” field if I’m not really going to work with a specific date.
