How to get CSR(certificate signing request)

I need CSR(certificate signing request) to receive SSL server certificate. But I’m not sure what it is and how to get it. Will anyone give me a help?

I need to use @ZeroqodeSupport plugin “Sign Up with Apple” and it requires certificate.
I am building native app with BDK native and don’t know how to get certificate. I am on the early stage, haven’t bought BDK yet.

I also don’t have MAC
