How to Get Rid of Error 1015

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance with a persistent issue I have been experiencing on Bubble.io, specifically Error 1015. Despite multiple troubleshooting steps, the problem remains unresolved. Below are the details of the actions I have taken so far:

  1. Created a New Domain: I purchased and set up a new domain in an attempt to resolve the issue.
  2. Optimized Workflow: I streamlined and optimized workflows by deleting redundant ones.
  3. Removed Old Data: I deleted outdated data and unnecessary files.
  4. Removed API Integrations: I disconnected and removed all API integrations.
  5. Fixed Computer Time/Date: I ensured that my computer’s time and date settings are correct.
  6. Reset Browser Cache: I cleared the cache of my browser to eliminate any potential conflicts.
  7. Changed Internet Connection: I tried accessing Bubble.io from a different internet connection.
  8. Registered Domain with Cloudflare: I registered my domain with Cloudflare, but this did not resolve the issue.
  9. Sought Assistance from Bubble.io Support: I have previously reached out to Bubble.io support, but the issue remains unresolved. This situation is incredibly frustrating and has left me very dissatisfied with the support received so far.

Despite these measures, I continue to encounter Error 1015, and sometimes it appears that Bubble.io is banned. This issue is severely impacting my ability to work on my projects.

This issue has significantly impacted our company’s production since this web application is critical for our daily workflow.

I kindly request your support to diagnose and resolve this issue as soon as possible. If there are any additional details or logs required, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide them.

Are you connected on a VPN or public network?

No, but I have already tried to access my app on different networks, both private and public, and on different devices, and the error still persists.

Okay, well I was able to visit, so it’s unlikely to be a widespread issue for people trying to visit your app which is good.

Unfortunately there’s not much you can do on your own - Bubble support really needs to resolve it for you.

But Bubble support is really unresponsive. I have sent them multiple tickets, but none of them have resolved my concern. This is very frustrating for me, especially since my boss is really upset with my department.

We’ve been having the same issues on an intermittent basis and with different users at different locations.
We have discovered that clearing browser cookies seems to resolve the issue. In researching the issue, it appears that it is being generated by a security feature from AWS.
