How to handle "pagination" in a repeating Group (current cell's index)

Hi all,

I’m using a repeating group with limited rows/cols.
Now, in the first row I want to display the item-#.

If the user navigates through the pages of the repeating group, the current cell’s index will always be the same. It should count up / down on every page.

Any ideas?
