How to make a element move left or right using hovering function

How to achieve the similar animation in bubble? The “What we do” buttom is normally aligned to the left. How to make the button move right and make an line appear in the left simply by hovering over the button?

You could add a condition:
When text is hovered, text:
------ (your text here)

if the “----” is not pretty, you can add an icon, like [fa]arrow-right[/fa] (your text here)

I think it gets prettier if you just change the background color… you can even add the transition effect
