How to make a floating header that goes behind the ios status bar?

I am working on mobile app screens with a floating group header (to stay at the top of the screen while content scrolls). Unfortunately, the header is loading below the iPhone status bar, so when the body content scrolls and my header stays where it should, the content is going behind my header (correctly), but it’s showing up again above my header, behind the ios status bar.

Any idea how to solve this?

I’ve seen that with a lot of apps, with and without bubble and am not sure if there’s any way to fix it,
