How to make page not to move when scroll down or up?

how can I make the screen fixed (do not go up or down) when I scroll on the page?

I think floating group element can help.

The height of the page must not exceed the viewport of the users browser.

but i want to make the page scroll down when user scrolls on the left side of page so floating group doesn’t fit to my needs

I think to make the page or part of page static floating group is the option or need to define height of the page for each viewport/device manually. May be there are some other ways too. Need to find out.

To scroll inside floating group repeating group might help.
