I tried to open a folder by using the Link , but it doesn’t work.
file:///C:/test/

any other way to open a local drive folder?
or How to setup a default path when we click on a picture uploader?
Thanks,
Eric

I believe support for navigating local storage on Chrome,Firefox, etc died years ago… Unless there’s a Chrome extension or something to re-enable it
Hi there, @ericwuu… I’m not sure how much this post might help, but it couldn’t hurt to give it a look.

in any browser, by typing this line below in the URL :
file:///C:/test/
it opens up the folder, no extension is needed.
I was told that:
Nope! This is not possible in any environment, because web browsers do not have access to the file API.
sad…
It might be for good reason, I would be very sketched out if a website could search my hard drive.
