How to pass state to reusable element in repeating group?

Hello,

I have a RG companies, when you click on a company item, i have the attached users to this company in another RG as Reusable Element.

I want to filter these user from a dropdown value outside this Reusable Element

This is the Element tree :

Filter : Actif/Inactif users

• RG Companies
  • Company Item
    • Reusable Element : List of users from this company
      I want to filter these users from my filter actif/inactif

I used state but i can’t pass the state in reusable element
