Displaying .MOV video files using various video plugins

I’m building an app where different users upload videos and contribute to a game, and all other players can view the previously submitted videos. This will primarily be used on mobile. The problem I’m running into is that iPhones upload the videos in .MOV file format, and I can’t figure out a way to play those videos on the page.
