How to pull individual users data into repeating group?

Users can create groups, such as ‘Tennis for woman’. All Groups are shown on home page using a repeating group.

Signed in users should be able to see their own groups (the ones they have listed) from within their dashboard area. I create a group and add a text box but I am stuck, how do I show the groups which the logged in users created?
