How to Whitelist IP Address in Bubble.io for Government API Integration?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on integrating my Bubble.io application with a government API. As part of the integration process, they require whitelisting of individual IP addresses from which requests will originate.

I understand that Bubble.io abstracts much of the underlying infrastructure, including server management and IP address configuration. However, I’m unsure about how to proceed with whitelisting individual IP addresses within the Bubble.io platform.

Could someone please guide me on how to achieve this in Bubble.io? Specifically, I need to ensure that requests from my Bubble.io application to the government API originate from specific or range of IP.

Any insights, tips, or workaround suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,

You’re gonna have to contact support for this one.

My guess is it would only be possible on the Enterprise plan ~$3,000 usd/mo

You could also use a service like Hookdeck (Pricing - Hookdeck). Static IP is $150/mo plus whatever plan you need. Probably cheaper then Bubble.
