How would I show time since something happened?

The question is how to make a calculation out of the timestamp, which I want to use to show ‘time since’ button pushed?

E.g.
10 seconds ago
10 minutes ago
10 hours ago
10 days ago

Is this going to be natively possible?

Date format like Facebook

You’ll need to have some different conditions on your text element depending on how long ago the date was. Each condition having a range that the time would fall between with the appropriate text shown.
