Back in the spring, I started building TidyStacks to solve a very real problem I kept running into as a Bubble builder and small business owner:
I was drowning in SaaS tools.
Different logins, scattered bookmarks, forgotten subscriptions, and constant context-switching.
So I built something to simplify my life — and I’m hoping it might help some of you too.
What TidyStacks Does
TidyStacks lets you organize all your SaaS tools into simple folders and categories, so you can access everything you use across projects in one clean dashboard.
A few highlights:
- Create folders like “Client Tools,” “Marketing,” “Admin,” “Dev Tools,” etc.
- Add apps from our directory or create your own
- Quickly launch tools without hunting through tabs, bookmarks, or emails
- Submit new tools you think should be added to the directory
- Designed for solopreneurs, agencies, and builders juggling multiple projects
It’s simple on purpose — no project management, no bloat.
Just a clean home for everything you use.
What I’ve Improved Since May
I originally shared an early version, but since then I’ve rebuilt and added:
- A cleaner UI
- Faster folder navigation
- Better app submission workflow
- App directory improvements
- More intuitive onboarding
I’d really appreciate feedback on the updated version.
