How do I create a glass effect on for example a group?

The easiest solution, I think, would be to create the glass effect background/image in Figma or some other design tool, export it as an .svg, and use it as a background image or simply as an image. The background design features in Bubble are basically limited to flat colors and gradients. There might be some plugins out there to help with this too.

Use custom CSS.
Assign an ID to the group element and then add CSS referencing this ID in your page’s header (in the page’s property editor box)
