Implement CSS3 filters: HUE, Brightness, Saturation, Blur

Hi

If it possible please implement the CSS3 filters especially : hue-rotate, brightness, saturate, blur, grayscale.
For my app to work I will need them to be included in the workflow.
For example when a button is clicked HUE value of uploaded image should change.

Please let me know if that would be possible or if it can be done in someway.

Support on IE is pretty bad it seems, it’s a bit dangerous to use that I’m afraid.
