Implementing hreflang properly

Hi every one and thanks in advance for helping.

so, I have a 10 years old website in 2 Languages (NL and EN) made with wordpress and the lang parameters implemented like https://express-taxi.nl/ and https://express-taxi.nl/en.

Now I am rebuilding my website with Bubble and using APP TEXT for translation.
made a dropdown for user to choose the language.

Now, according to google, my pages miss the hreflang attribute. does anyone know how to add hreflang?

Can’t guarantee that this includes the App.text, but it would surprise me if it doesn’t.
