Input with datalist as suggestions

I want Input with datalist feature. like this, Tryit Editor v3.7 , It is an input field but also has suggestions in dropdown(which we can pick dynamically either from datatype or option set), If user enters something else other than what is already there in option sets/data type database, then we need to add entry to it as well.
