Inserting a Reusable Footer into a HTML element via Javascript and Env Variable

I think this issue is related to the timing of Javascript run through.
I get it right through when I open my page with debugger that runs “slow” or “step-by-step” mode.

I was searching the forum if somebody find similar issues and I did find @NigelG was mentioning about it in here.

Is the Debugger buggy?

The debugger is great where you don’t have background workflows. And where the database updates are fairly small. However, if you are kicking off API workflows or you have a lot of related things being updated, you can sometimes get different results depending on how fast or slow your workflows run.
