Ipify error - users can't create an account on my site

Hi everyone - I am having some serious issues with an ipify error blocking my users from creating an account - I get this error when they click create profile:

Unable to connect to Ipify: Error connecting to Ipify (0)

Anyone else running into this issue?

I have no problem with the Bubble plugin.
