I find 2 prebuilt template which I think I can adopt to my project. I wonder if anyone can help me to understand, if I purchase any of these template, can be publish under my own domain as I purchased it from godaddy. If yes, how.

Yes, if you buy a template you can setup your own domain. If you need to customize you have to purchase the (development version).
