Yes you can set the background of an element to a video file.

I’m sure if you search video background it will appear somewhere in the forum.

I’m on a stupid iPad at the moment, otherwise would give a more detailed response!

To be honest, Bubble’s video functionality isn’t fantastic just yet. You can only upload a video for your page’s background. Other than that, you’ll need to use Vimeo and YouTube to get your videos. Since you are fetching them, they restart every time the page’s width changes.

And thanks for sharing the example site. That’s a great site to draw inspiration from!
