About Us
We’re a sustainability software company that was working with an agency and now is looking to hire a detail-oriented Bubble Developer who can carry out additional platform development while also fixing bugs and providing light, friendly customer support.
Role Overview
This hybrid role is approximately 70% Bubble development and 30% customer support. You will help build new features, improve existing functionality, support integrations, and ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience.
You’ll work closely with our founder and have a meaningful impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Bubble Development (Primary)

Build, maintain, and optimize features within our Bubble.io applications.

Implement UI/UX updates, ensuring responsive and consistent design.

Develop and refine workflows while keeping performance and scalability in mind.

Collaborate on data structure updates, privacy rules, and backend workflows.

Integrate third-party APIs using the Bubble API Connector.

Troubleshoot bugs and propose clean, maintainable solutions.

Assist with QA, product documentation, and ongoing product improvements.
Customer Support (Secondary)

Respond to customer inquiries via email, support channel, or Slack.

Help users troubleshoot issues and guide them through product features.

Identify recurring issues and provide insights to improve the product.

Create short Loom videos or help articles when needed.
Qualifications
-
2–3+ years experience in Bubble.io, building production-ready applications.

Strong understanding of workflows, backend workflows, data structures, and privacy rules.

Ability to build responsive Bubble pages and reusable components.

Experience working with APIs and authentication.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills

Experience writing support documentation or knowledge base content.

UX/UI design experience (Figma or similar).

Background in SaaS, operations tools, or no-code consulting.

Familiarity with AI tools and using them to speed up development
