Issue - Browser was unable to load application

Good afternoon,
When trying to load my app on the tablet I’m getting the following message:

Your browser was unable to load some necessary resources, contact your IT network administrator and ask him or her to allow access to

 dhtiece9044ep.cloudfront.net 
 dd7tel2830j4w.cloudfront.net/ 
 d1muf25xaso8hp.cloudfront.net

Whether on Safari or Chrome, the tablet is up to date and the browser cash is clean.
On the computer and the cellphone it is opening normally, only on the tablet that doesn’t.

Usually this happens mostly when a device runs short of memory and/or has limited processing capability
