Issue with Bubble and Xano API

Hi everyone,

One of the app users has encountered an error when trying to connect to Xano, and I need some assistance in troubleshooting the issue. The error message and screenshots are attached for reference.

I believe the error might be related to the “name” field missing quotation marks. It seems that the field is being formatted as JSON, but I’m unable to pinpoint the exact root cause of this problem. Kindly have a look at the attached screenshots.

Any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you have the correct field name? This issue could be on Xano side too and you may need to report it to Xano support.

It is working for other users, only one user reported this issue. I tested it after this issue was reported, and it worked fine.

@Jici Can you explain more about it being an issue on Xano’s side?

In the past, there have been problems with the Xano server which returned this error. Resolved quickly. If this happen only for one user, can you check logs to see the value entered? Did you test with this user to see if this have been fixed on Xano side (if this was an error on Xano server)
