Issue with Stripe Plugin - Workflow doesn't complete

Hi Guys,

I have a live app with four subscription types, when a user subscribes to any of the first three subscriptions, it works perfectly.

For one subscription, the user checkouts via stripe (payment is taken and I can see the user in my stripe dashboard) but the workflow doesn’t complete in bubble on completion.

I can’t figure it out at all as it was working perfectly up until last week!

Without more information a don’t think anyone can really help you here…

But have you checked your logs (both in Bubble and in Stripe) to see what’s going on?

If not, that’s the first thing you’ll want to do, as at least then you’ll know where the issue lies.
