Since moving to chat, when bubble support responds to our bug report I have no idea which report they are referencing. All replies from support send me an email like this:
Subject: Bug report
Body: “Thanks for bug report, can you provide more detail?”
There’s no thread of my initial bug report. There’s no reference # or summary of the bug report. They all look exaclty the same. If I have more than one bug report open, this makes it very annoying to reply and provide more informaition since I can’t do it by email.
Instead of replying by email, I need to click a link to open bubble in browser. Wait for chat box to appear (it’s long). Scroll through my chats to try and find which bug report they need more info on. Then i can finally reply.
I’m in the native mobile editor and I’m trying to provide information to eliminate bugs…but this makes it real painful.
