I challenged myself to provide an alternative to Linktree.
Just over 3 weeks ago, I decided to develop a mini site builder (with Bubble #ofcourse).
From this challenge, Gumy was born!
My observation is simple:
Many people use social media to promote their business, but the end goal is always the same: you need to lead your followers to a page/website so they can get in touch and turn into clients.
Many people lack the skills to create a website (I’m thinking of non-digital professions: fitness coach, sophrologist, yoga teacher, etc.).
Many people use Linktree to centralize their links. The problem: Linktree is just a stack of links on a very basic page.
So, I decided to create Gumy.
Gumy is a mini builder that allows you to create a “one-page” site, mobile-friendly, fully customizable, and designed to replace your Linktree with a page that truly represents you.
The operation is straightforward; you add “blocks” (text, image, button, video, contact form…) to craft the page you desire.
All that’s left is to share your unique link in the bio of your social media.
I developed the app in about 15 days (of actual dev), entirely with Bubble.
