This could ultimately lead to slop plugins / code not suitable for production-use. I recommend you now how to code before jumping in, otherwise you’re putting all your juice into the AI, and nothing you build is truly yours, nor, you understand it. If people come and have issues with your code, you won’t know how to fix it. AI rarely can debug the way the humans want.
I wouldn’t touch a plugin that hasn’t been audited by a real developer. None of my plugins use AI guidance, until after the concept was coded already, and was used to help make things run/look better in the code, but the functionality I build and code manually.
Things like “make a cool button”, or “make a sign-up form”, are things I can trust with AI, but overall, not for people that would utilize the plugin with a mass amount of users.
