Hi forum members,
Question for any Australian freelancers / founders
Any recommendations or guidance to assist with who to engage with for crafting T&Cs, Privacy Policies & Service Agreements when setting up a business and utilising Bubble as the platform of choice?
There are two angles to this;
a) a business that provides web-development services i.e. a freelancer / agency
b) a business that provides a SaaS product that users will subscribe to.
Cheers,
Steve
Overall they are pretty standardized. You can probably just look at a large competitor and copy theirs. Or go online to a ‘law and documents’ site and you’ll likely come across some templates. Otherwise, you’d be wanting to speak to a lawyer.
Thanks for the info.
I sent a quote request to SprintLaw and they’ve come back with over $4k for 4 different documents that I’m going to require.
As I don’t have that kind of surplus right now, I’m going to look into Lawpath and aim to get some generic documents in place.
Basecamp docs are public are a good reference..
Modifying it with chatgpt help is a good starting approach till you have paying customers.
