Limit the duration of videos

Hi,

I want my users to upload videos to my app but I don’t want the videos to exceed 15 seconds. Any ideas on how to limit this?

I am looking for a similar thing and have found this plugin. I haven’t checked it out yet so it may not fit the bill.
