Live Data Showing on PC, but not on iPhone

I just posted a job opening on our website in live mode. The posting shows just fine on my PC in Chrome, but is not showing in Chrome on my iPhone. Any ideas why?

Double check that you are in the same version live or dev for both of them. That is normally the issue. Unless you have two different pages, one for larger screens and one for smaller screens. :man_shrugging:

Yep, same version in both. I don’t have different pages, just responsive settings based on screen size. It’s a conundrum!

Can you see it directly in your database? Can you see the data in the live and dev database?

Could also be a privacy rule isue too. Are you logged into the same user?

The data was never in the dev DB, only in the Live and yes, I can see it in there.

The data is not user-dependent; it’s a public-facing website/job post. It’s viewable on a PC just not on my iPhone.

Things to double check.

  1. You are on the live version on your phone, check your URL.
  2. Check that you are logged into the same user. I test it by adding current users email to the page. (This is just to test to see if it is a privacy rule issue)
  3. Check privacy rules to make sure they are correct.

That was it. Privacy rules did not allow ‘everyone else’ to view the data (only a logged in Admin) but ALSO, on my PC, I was logged in to the live version admin dashboard in one tab to manage the post and also attempting to view the public-facing page in my browser and because I was logged in on one tab it was registering I was viewing the public-facing page logged in as well. That’s why I was able to view the post in my PC browser, but not my iPhone browser (I wasn’t logged in there). Thank you so much for your help!
