Log-in from and import data from a third-party app

Hi bubblers.

Basically I have an app built on Bubble. Since I’m doing a partnership with another app not built on bubble, how can I let their user to log-in in my app? I will explain below:

I have a bubble app where my user can create a user profile.

I know bubble let users to log-in with google, Facebook, etc.

Would be possible maybe via API to let the user from a third-party app to log-in into my bubble app?

They have their own profile in that other app (like it is for google, Facebook, etc.) so when the user log-in into my bubble app with their third-party app credential all the data (for example: name, surname and so on) are automatically imported in my bubble app via API.

Could that even be possible and if yes, anyone could explain in detail how I could achieve that?

Thank you all for your cooperation.

Best regards,

Andrea.

Hmm  That’s a good question. They would have to have an API to let you do this. Do they have API documentation?

Yes they should have it… but they didn’t provide me the api documentation yet.
Do you think that via API I could achieve all that?

Many APIs do, yes. It just depends on the API.

So all depends from their API ?
With bubble I should be able to work with any of them, right?

Yeah, 99% of APIs can work with Bubble using the API connector. The other 1% you would have to make a plugin for it.

Thanks so much for your replies!
