Looking for a junior Bubble developer to help finish a startup template

Hello,

I am currently building a startup project in the cinema industry using Bubble.

I have already purchased and installed a Bubble template and started customizing it. Most of the structure is already there, but I am progressing too slowly by myself.

I am looking for a junior Bubble developer (student or freelance) who is comfortable with Bubble and can help me finish the customization.

Main tasks would include:

  • improving the homepage design
  • organizing the layout
  • adjusting sections and elements
  • checking installed plugins
  • helping structure some pages

The goal is simply to finalize the template and make the interface clean and professional.

This is a small project and should not take too long for someone who already knows Bubble well.

Budget: around 150€ – 200€.

That doesn’t really seem like just 1-2 hours of work. I would suggest doing a coaching session if you want to save yourself some money. That way, you can learn how to do it yourself, and not have to pay someone to do it for you. Anyways, hope that helps. :blush:

I think where we are lately is that we see a lot of new users to Bubble who think they’ve figured out Bubble by using AI.

Yes, AI can help. The OP would probably be better off trying it themselves.

Just something I’ve noticed lately. Users with a couple of months of experience in Bubble are ready to take on projects…

maybe they can? Not sure?

It’s a trend now, though, that seems to be growing.

There are those, in my opinion, who think that with the help of AI, they can easily do a job for a couple of hundred bucks.

Just my thoughts on this

@senecadatabase Yes, I have seen the same thing. People are also expecting that an AI built bubble app only needs just a few minor tweaks to get it past the finished line. They say things like, app is 90% complete, just need the last 10% and will pay $100 to finish it. :man_facepalming:

It’s an unfortunate transition with this AI that people are thinking that it is almost done for them. It’s a great start, but almost deceiving to new users really.

I am currently building a project called LastPlace, which is a marketplace platform to sell last-minute unsold tickets for events, starting with cinema tickets.

The idea is simple: help cinemas sell their last unsold seats at discounted prices instead of leaving them empty.

I already have the Bubble template “Event Marketplace”, and I am looking for a Bubble developer who can help me structure and customize the template to match the concept of my platform.

The goal is to build a simple but clean MVP to test the concept.

If you need design inspiration, you can take inspiration from these cinema platforms:

I like the cinema style UI and the way movies are presented with posters and carousels.

Header

Top left:

The header should be clean and responsive.

For the background style in the hero section, I would like either:

•	a **black and yellow cinema-style background**

or

•	a **movie image background**, similar to cinema websites.

CTA button:

“See available seats”

Next to the CTA button there should be a movie carousel displaying current films.

Both the CTA button and the carousel should redirect to the offers page.

When users click the CTA or a movie in the carousel, they should land on a page displaying offer cards.

Each card should show:

•	Movie poster

•	Number of available showtimes

•	Cinema name

•	City (starting with Lyon)
