We are currently integrating the Gmail API for a client in our CRM built on Bubble.io. Our primary objective is to send emails (which we have successfully implemented) and automatically receive customer replies in our CRM as soon as they respond to emails sent from our platform. We also need to ensure seamless replies to the customers.
While we have managed to set up the sending and replying API endpoints, we have encountered scalability issues with our current logic and solution.
We are reaching out to the developer community for assistance. If anyone has experience or has built a solution using the Gmail API or any other suitable method (excluding Zapier and Make, which haven’t met our requirements), we would greatly appreciate a discussion or guidance(paid) on how to address our needs effectively.
