Looking for Developer or Mentor to Help Stop Workflow Loop That Drained All WU

Hey everyone,
I urgently need help with a critical issue.

A backend workflow (calculate_trust_score) caused an infinite loop and completely drained all my workload units — including the extra 100K credits. The app is now offline.

I’ve disabled what I could, but I’m not 100% sure the loop is fully stopped. I need someone who can either:

  • Jump in and fix it directly, or
  • Teach me step-by-step how to stop it safely before I enable overages

I’m open to paying for help, but hoping for fair pricing or even someone who’s just willing to mentor.

First step is to go in logs > scheduler > pause scheduler. Check your workflow and cancel it to avoid loop to continue.

You can share screenshot of your settings and someone will probably be able to help you here

Also, you should, if possible, consider using Schedule workflow on a list instead of loop.

HI quick solution is to delete the wf or go to the logs 3rd tab “Scheduler” and pause all workflows until fixed

Scheduled workflows still in the queue
Workflow conditions that might retrigger
Recursive loops not gated by constraints

Put a pause in on all scheduled workflows. Cancel all scheduled workflows and make sure you check your app logic before running it again
