Looking for a little help with coding and/or architecting the right solution.

Could this be used entirely in Bubble (it’s node.js and a small db)
Or should it be used in an external system like Firebase and use Foundations or something to run the code and then sync to Bubble somehow
The script will need to run on a schedule to refresh the DB.
Any thoughts on the level of efforts and costs. Thought I’d check here before branching out to freelance platforms.
